Development is a positive changing process of every aspect of person, society, nation and world. We are the pillar of self development. Every people wants to develop their country. There are very less countries are developed and more underdeveloped. Our country Nepal is also in a list of underdevelopment. There is a system to develop country. It is not easy to develop very soon. It takes time and vision to implement. Leaders are the main person to develop the country. So we have to choose right person as a leader. Leaders take us good or bad place so our main responsibility is to choose right, capable and visionary person.
We have to develop our country. If country is developed no need to take any supports from other countries. There are so many countries are still poor. They are trying to develop their country but facing many difficulties due to lack of good vision and commitment. Public people are not happy with their government. Public people are paying more taxes but They are not getting enough facilities from government. There are no enough job in poor countries so many people are going aboard for job. They have more problems in country and home so working in very less salary. They are selling their skills, knowledge and experience in cheap price. Government are not taking any responsibilities for those who working in foreign country.
In the world there are many countries are rich enough for everything. Their government are providing every facilities his people. Those countries continuously going up in every sector. They are using more advance technology to gain success. Science and technology is the key for development. If we use it in right place, it is not so far to reach development countries. We need to apply those technology which can take us in prosperous country. Some developed countries are spending more money making nuclear bomb. It is not important and useful in the world. We don’t need any weapon to protect country, we need good and affordable education. Education is the main weapon to develop any countries. If we invest more money in education, absolutely return will come good. There are many children are not going to school due to schools are expensive and nobody telling them important of education in life. We want happy life but we can’t imagine without good education. There is competition and tough in every sector.
Underdeveloped countries are loitered doing main point to develop the country. They are not helping each other. They are busy in their personal work but not for nation or country. Every leaders are not loyal and honest for own nation. They are engaging not for nation. Corruption is also a big problem in every country. When the main leader in the main post, He/she forgets his/her promises. We have the power to choose our representative and choosing in every election but our representative are very selfish, they are supporting only theirs favour person our groups. So public are frustated with government. Many educated people are leaving the country. This is also very bad for nation, country. If all strong manpower go aboard and will not returning who develop the country and how possible.
